Greenwich Court Addition
The Greenwich Court project added a primary suite above a new attached garage, expanded the kitchen into the adjacent dining area, and tied the new construction seamlessly into the existing roofline and exterior. Structural engineering was coordinated for all load path changes. Interior finishes match the original character of the home while meeting modern standards throughout. The project was completed while the family remained in residence.
